If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us for friendly order assistance and we’ll do our best to fix it for you. All items are handmade and it is normal to have spots or imperfections due to the handmade process of our prints. Please feel free to contact us for assistance.

Returns

Unfortunately due to the handmade nature of our prints, all sales are final. 

If an item you received is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours upon delivery at orders@glam-prints.com, otherwise your claim will be denied.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Glam-Prints is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We do not accept any postage due return shipments.
